In support of our recent expansion, our team has announced new key leadership positions as well as a robust hiring initiative.
Two new key leadership positions will support Leonardo's steady growth in high-volume manufacturing of laser diodes. Graeme Creamer, VP of Strategy and Programs, joins the laser solutions team with 30 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Victor Cruz, new VP of Operations for Leonardo Electronics US, brings expertise in engineering, operations and plant management in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Cruz will implement key design, production, and testing processes to ensure compliance.
The expanded executive team provides the leadership needed to support our company’s ongoing growth, which has created dozens of new job openings in engineering, manufacturing operations, assembly, and sales. Specific opportunities include:
