Senior Vice President 

Responsible for managing the Laser Solutions organization and for developing and implementing strategic and financial plans to increase business efficiency and effectiveness.  Will lead and empower individuals, foster innovative thought and solutions while developing a culture of continuous improvement and executing process discipline.  Oversee activities that support the overall growth and success.  Will work closely with leadership along with the Board of Directors.

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance. 
  • Participate in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner. 
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs, initiatives, and strategies along with regulatory actions. 
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. Establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. 
  • Continual improvement and build credibility of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets; work closely with the CFO to foster financial partnerships.
  • Provide strategic leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investments. 
  • Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism.
  • Evaluation of the company structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the company as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals. 
  • Mentor and interact with all staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development.
  • Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. 
  • Establishing, maintain and growing customer relationships and market presence



  • 10 to 15 years of appropriate industry experience; well versed in business operations.
  • Understanding of running a foundry operation is desirable.
  • MS/MBA degree or the equivalent.
  • An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate executive presence and ability to maintain a calm demeanor under high stress. 
  • Superior management and influencing skills; ability to engage with direct and indirect reports and peers. 
  • Demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable required. 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in influencing, coaching, and communicating change. 
  • The successful candidate must be a strategic thought- and people-leader who enjoys creating and working in a highly collaborative environment while driving change.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach peers and leadership; has persuasive skills with an understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Proactive mindset, and able to sell strategic decisions to leadership.
  • A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor.
