EPI Operator 

Epi operator will work in the EPI department to support Epi engineers and technicians on all areas of daily production activities.

  • Data entry and documentation.
  • Wafer characterization: Surfscan, PL, XRD and ECV.
  • Wafer loading and unloading from reactors.
  • Wafer pre-growth cleaning.
  • Spare parts and tools organization.
  • Purchasing/ordering


High school diploma or equivalent. General computer skills: MS word, excel and outlook.  Good communication and team work skills are required. Must be self-motivated, takes initiative and is accountable. Direct work experience on semiconductor materials and devices, vacuum and electronics is desired. Must be available to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends. Clean room environment class 1000, must be willing to wear Clean Room Attire through out the duration of the workday.
