Operate and maintain Epitaxial-Mirror-On-Facet equipment (EMOF); Assist EPI Engineering working on equipment maintenance, wafer characterization and other EPI activities.
Will be responsible for Processing and operation of EMOF
Will work with engineers to develop and implement procedures for full-time bar passivation through EMOF
Will support improvements to existing technology as well as support the development and introduction of new technology
Help other EPI team members on equipment maintenance, wafer characterization and where needed
Two year Associate degree with some related experience, or High School diploma with directly relevant experience in this industry.
Strong knowledge and working experience of high vacuum are required.
Experience in clean room environment. Knowledge of the operations and equipment associated with semiconductor laser production. Must be able to work in class 1000 clean room and wear Clean Room Attire duration of the time in the clean room.
Will be required to wear chemical protection gear when working with chemicals.
