EBS System Manager

As the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Manager, the candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Leonardo Electronics US Inc.'s "LEI" enterprise business system in line with and supporting LEI's" business goals.

Contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, debugging, evaluation, training and support of LEI's enterprise business systems. Lead the analysis of business problems to be solved with business systems. Job focus is to support internal company programs and operations.

  • Lead and manage the development, implementation and maintenance of the company enterprise business systems.  
  • Manage the programs and databases that integrate information from departments and functions throughout the organization.
  • Manage reporting and analytics solutions to access, share and communicate business intelligence.  
  • Coordinates and manages the functional business requirements from key stakeholders for business system solution development and implementation.  
  • Manage consultants while organizing and developing personnel with the proper skill set to support enterprise business systems successfully.   
  • Manage all EBS initiatives tracking schedule, cost and technical compliance.  
  • Maintain open and frequent communication with Management of EBS projects and initiatives. 


  • Siemens or other Manufacturing Execution System "MES" experience required.
  • SysPro ERP experience preferred.
  • Must have proven project management experience with EBS lifecycle support.
  • Understanding of IT as it relates to the overall system design and connectivity
  • Ability to work well as part of an operations, technical and engineering team as well as work independently with limited supervision

  • Experience in Business Process Analysis & Design.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools require (i.e., Cognos, SpreadSheet Server, etc.).
  • Compliance Experience – DFAR, DCMA, DCAA, CAS


  • The ideal candidate has experience in some or all of these business environments: aerospace, engineering, aircraft modifications, assembly, software development, depot repair operations.  
  • Experience with significant manufacturing operations, defense focus preferred.


  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in business, manufacturing or technical field preferred.
